Larry Cole
Larry Cole is in his Second year with Sports Shack and is coaching the 14-LA team. He has coached all levels and all ages for both girls and boys volleyball teams.
In addition to coaching at Sports Shack, Larry is Tanner Ragland’s assistant varsity Volleyball coach and the head J.V. coach at The Buckley School in Sherman Oaks, CA. He is also the Men’s Varsity Volleyball Assistant coach at the Brentwood School in Brentwood.
Larry attended UCLA where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in History. Before college, Larry went to Campbell Hall where he was a three-sport athlete, competing in football, basketball and volleyball. Larry played for Tim Jensen and participated in three of the four consecutive Final Four appearances by Campbell Hall in the CIF Southern Section playoffs (1995-98). Larry was selected Campbell Hall High’s Student-Athlete of the Year in 1998. He earned Alpha League MVP & All CIF in both football and volleyball. At the club level for Volleyball, he earned All-American honors in the 1996 Jr. Olympics where his team finished second in the open division.
