Trisha Marx will be entering her 2nd year with the Sports Shack. Before coming to the Shack, Trisha had 3 years of coaching experience with Orange County Volleyball Club. At the High School level, Trisha was the Assistant Varsity Coach at Lakeport High School. Currently, Trisha is the Assistant Coach at a Junior College in East LA.

As a Collegiate Player, Trisha played Middle Blocker for the UC Irvine Women's Volleyball program. While at UC Irvine, Trisha recorded 721 kills, 188 blocks, 20 Service Aces, and 227 Digs. The block totals earned Trisha a spot on the top 10 all-time list at UC Irvine. Highlights of Trisha's career are when she posted 7 blocks against Georgetown and UC Davis (2006), 18 Kills against UCSB (2003), and 12 Digs against Hofstra (2005). Trisha was also a Two-Time Big West Scholar-Athlete, and graduated with a Major in Sociology and a Minor in Digital Arts and Education.

As a Prep, Trisha played at Lakeport High School. At Lakeport, she was a Co-MVP of the team, and two-time All-County selection. Trisha also lettered in Track and Basketball.
