T.G. Pearce will be entering his 12^th year with the Sports Shack and 18^th year as a coach. Before coming to the Sports Shack, T.G. coached at Pali Volleyball Club for 6 years.  T.G. has handled many teams at the Shack including the 14-1's, 16-1's to the 18's age divisions. Success has been a consistent trait in T.G’s resume, as he has led his 17-1’s teams to a 2^nd place finish (2005), 5^th place finish (2006), and a 4^th  place finish (2007) at the Reno Volleyball Festivals. In 2008, T.G. led his 17-1’s Team to a 10^th place finish in the Open Division at the Junior Olympics in Dallas, Texas and a final ranking of 18th in the nation for their age level.  In 2009, T.G. again had success in coaching his 17's squad to top finnishes in the L.A. Qualifier (4th), Far Western Qualifier (8th), and Vegas Invitational (10th) followed by a silver medal in Nationals at JO's in Miami.  His team again finished in the top ranks in the Nation.  Last year (2010) T.G. coached his 17's team to compete a 3rd year in a row in Division 1 appearances in SCVA, where they finished the season ranked 16th in SCVA.  Under T.G.'s guidance the 17-1's have qualified for JO's three years in a row and he is committed to cintinuing the trend.

Not only has T.G. been successful at the Club level, but he has also experienced success at the High School level as well. T.G. served 11 years as the Head Varsity coach for both Boys and Girls teams at St. Monica’s High School. With the Boys, T.G. led the teams to 3 Del Rey League Titles (1994, 1998, and 2001), and a Final Four appearance in the CIF Southern Section playoffs in 1998. With the Girls, TG led the teams to 2 Del Rey League Titles in 2000 and 2005.
